Our P&C Uniform Shop operating times during school terms are:
Monday 8.15am – 10.15am
Wednesday 8.15am – 9.30am
Friday 8.15am – 10.15am
We are also open at other times during peak periods such as the January school holidays and Prep open day. The Uniform Shop has all uniform needs (with the exception of shoes, and black pants for instrumental music students), as well as other school items such as school bags, chair bags, hair ties and swimming caps. The stock is good quality and prices are kept to a minimum due to the small group of volunteers who donate their time to run the shop. The minimal profits made in the Uniform Shop go towards P&C approved school projects.
Orders can also be placed on Flexischools and will be delivered to your child's class either on Monday or Friday (depending on when the order is placed). Flexischools is simple and easy to use – click on the Flexischools icon to register and you are ready to order.
Special Orders
At certain times of the year, orders are taken for special items such as winter jackets and branded school back packs.
Volunteer
Our Uniform shop is run by a Convenor. Volunteers are required to assist with serving at the shop. If you are free to help on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday morning (from 8.15am-9.30am) then we'd love to hear from you! Please contact the shop at uniform@prss.com.au or 3872 1844.
Uniform Policy
Patricks Road State School is a "uniform school" where all children are required to wear the school uniform, with pride, every day. The uniform exemplifies students' pride in being part of the Patricks Road School Community. There is a belief that having all students wear a school uniform helps create a sense of belonging and a good school ethos (culture or spirit). By showing that we expect high standards with our uniform, expectations are raised, and students respond with better behaviour.
