The Patricks Road State School Tuckshop is owned by the school community, operated by the P&C Association, and aims to provide:

  • a variety of nutritious food at reasonable prices
  • a wealth of experience for our children
  • an opportunity for parents and community members to be involved in their child's school

All profits from our Tuckshop go back to the school through the P&C.  We are part of the total education experience, providing a friendly, efficient and cost-effective service.

Opening Hours & Ordering System

Tuckshop is open Tuesday to Friday and is available to the whole school community.  Orders are placed through Flexischools for both first and second break.

Over the counter sales for ice blocks, and snacks are available at first and second break each day to students in years 1-6.

Birthdays

With 24 hours' notice the Tuckshop can also provide your child's class with birthday icy poles. Contact tuckshop@prss.com.au for more information.

Tucky Angels

Our Tuckshop is operated by a team of fabulous Assistant Convenors – affectionately called the Tucky Team.  The Tucky Team is supported by the Tucky Angels – dedicated parents and friends of the school who volunteer their time on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly roster.  Tucky Angel assistance is an integral part of the Tuckshop operations – meaning costs and prices are minimised.  No experience is necessary, just a willingness to help and be part of a small team.

To sign up, register on the volunteer sign up form to th righ or contact the Tucky Team at tuckshop@prss.com.au or 3872 1835.

Tucky Angels-in-Training

Students who have turned 10 and have their parents' permission are invited to join the Tucky Team as a Tucky Angel-in-Training and be part of the student volunteer roster.  Student volunteers are required to work in the Tuckshop one shift per fortnight during 1st or 2nd break only.  Duties, responsibilities and skills gained include customer service, cash handling, restocking, communication skills, teamwork and leadership.

If your child is interested, please collect a permission form from the Tuckshop or download a Tucky Angel-in-Training form and return it to the Tucky Team by the end of Term 1.  Student volunteer shifts commence in Term 2.
